Kids Blueberry Breakfast Muffins

Waking up to snow here in St Joe, we really had no other choice but to bake early in the morning! So I decided to bake some muffins with the fresh blueberries I bought yesterday. Super easy recipe that’ll have your home smelling like a bakery:

3 Eggs

1/2 Cup Oil

1 Cup Milk

1 1/2 Cup Raw Cane Sugar

2 Tsp Vanilla

2 Cups Flour

1 Tbsp Baking Powder

1 Tsp Salt

1 Cup Blueberries

Set Oven to 375°.

In a stand mixer, add in wet ingredients and the sugar and mix until everything is combined.

Add in dry ingredients and berried all at once into wet mixture and mix again until you have a thick batter.

In a lined muffin pan, fill each hole 3/4 of the way up.


Place in oven for 35 min or until top has browned.

Serve to toddler warm! 🙂
