Pasta is always my go to dinner when I’m feeling too lazy to cook. I’m a low-carb eater so I always skip the pasta and overdose on the meat. Making the sauce low-carb also happened to make it gluten-free. This is definitely a recipe I needed to share because it tastes even better than regular alfredo sauce made with flour and super easy!
I love that I could use this sauce for so many things. I coated my chicken breast in the sauce for my dinner. But this pasta overload was hubbys dinner 🙂
In a saucepan on the stovetop (on high heat), add in 3 TBSP of butter. After it has melted add in 4 large roughly chopped garlic cloves and half of a chopped onion. Sauté just until they become tender. Then add in 1/4 cup of almond flour and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, stir, then add in 1/2 Cup of Cream and about 2 cups of milk. Season with salt and pepper. Done. So easy and delicious.
