2 MINUTE YOGURT RECIPE
This quick and easy yogurt recipe can be used as a dressing, dip or simply to top your plate of rice. Super quick and easy!
2 Cups Greek Yogurt
3 TBSP Olive Oil
2 TBSP Dry Mint
2 Garlic Cloves
1 TSP Salt
- In a medium sized bowl, add Greek yogurt, olive oil, and minced garlic.
- Crush dried mint with hands and add onto yogurt.
- Add the juice of half lemon and salt and combine all ingredients well into yogurt.
