Garlic and Mint Yogurt


This quick and easy yogurt recipe can be used as a dressing, dip or simply to top your plate of rice. Super quick and easy!


2 Cups Greek Yogurt

3 TBSP Olive Oil

2 TBSP Dry Mint

2 Garlic Cloves

1/2 Lemon

1 TSP Salt


  1. In a medium sized bowl, add Greek yogurt, olive oil, and minced garlic.
  2. Crush dried mint with hands and add onto yogurt.
  3. Add the juice of half lemon and salt and combine all ingredients well into yogurt.
